Hi, I'm Julie!

I'm a full-time mom with a full-time job, and I'm on a mission to make AI accessible and actionable for people just like us.

The Professional Story

18 years in marketing and sales in EdTech leadership roles. 12 years as a mom. And 2 years diving deep into how to use AI to optimize workflows and reclaim time.

As a former teacher turned education technology executive, I've partnered with 20+ organizations to bring 70+ products and services to market. I've developed battle-tested positioning playbooks because I understand what it's like when you're racing against time, budget constraints, and the pressure to deliver results.

But here's what those years really taught me: the best strategy in the world means nothing if you don't have time to execute it properly. And as a working parent, time isn't just scarce—it's precious.

The Personal Side

I'm mom to two brilliant AI natives—kids who've never known a world without voice assistants and AI-powered everything. Watching them effortlessly navigate technology that intimidates many adults reminded me of something crucial:

Technology should simplify life, not complicate it.

But I also know that AI can be OVERWHELMING. Many people get stuck in the "I don't know where to begin" mindset. That's exactly why I'm on a mission to make AI accessible and actionable—because if a full-time working mom can figure this out, so can you.

My kids have become my greatest teachers about staying current with tech, and my professional experience has taught me how to break down complex strategies into simple, actionable steps.

Why I'm Obsessed with Making AI Accessible

Let's be honest: I've lived the struggle of trying to be everything to everyone. The strategic thinker who never has time to think. The present parent who's always distracted by urgent emails. The productivity expert who felt anything but productive.

"The breaking point came on a Sunday evening when I realized I'd spent the entire weekend 'getting ahead' for Monday, and my kids had basically raised themselves. I was working harder than ever but felt like I was failing at everything that mattered most. Something had to change."

That's when I made a commitment: If I was going to help organizations optimize their strategies, I needed to optimize my own approach to life. For the past 2 years, I've been diving deep into AI—not as a tech expert, but as a working mom who needed practical solutions that actually work.

I know firsthand how overwhelming AI can feel. The "I don't know where to begin" paralysis is real. But I also know that once you start with simple, actionable steps, AI becomes your strategic sidekick—giving you back hours each week for what truly matters.

What Drives Everything I Do

  •  Connection Over Perfection: Done is always better than perfect. I'd rather help you ship something imperfect that gets results than perfect something that never sees the light of day.

  • Time Creation, Not Time Finding: We don't find time—we create it through intentional choices about what deserves our energy and what can be automated, delegated, or eliminated.

  • AI as Partnership: Technology should amplify human creativity and connection, not replace it. AI is my strategic sidekick, not my replacement.

Accessible Excellence - The best strategies shouldn't require an MBA to understand or a team of 20 to implement. Simplicity scales.

Let's Create More Time Together

Whether you're a marketing leader trying to scale without burning out, or a parent looking for ways to make AI work for your family, I'm here to help you turn technology into time.

Because at the end of the day, productivity isn't about doing more—it's about having space for what matters most.
